My grandmother taught me how to cook at a very young age and I learned very quickly that it was something I really enjoyed doing. I wanted to expand my creative flare for cooking and went into baking. Baking started as cakes for family and friends and continued to grow. I then decided to decorate wedding cakes, the creativeness as well as the wonderful feeling that came along with being able to be a part of a couples' important day, confirmed that I had chosen the right profession.
